Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator to manage and support a secure, scalable, and compliant Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role is responsible for platform governance, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), license management, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), platform monitoring, and enabling secure citizen development while maintaining platform reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
  • Manage tenant-wide settings and environment strategy across development, testing, production, sandbox, and business unit environments.
  • Design, implement, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for connectors and data classifications.
  • Configure Copilot Studio policies, including data grounding sources, prompts, plugins, responsible AI guardrails, content moderation, and logging.
  • Administer Copilot Studio environments, security, communication channels, and data sources.
  • Manage licensing, capacity planning, and forecast platform resource requirements.
  • Design and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies using deployment pipelines and automation.
  • Establish platform standards, naming conventions, solution structures, connectors, and data models.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to implement security requirements and protect sensitive data.
  • Support citizen developers through governance, standardized templates, training, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain platform documentation, runbooks, standards, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
  • Conduct periodic environment and application reviews, including inventory, usage, activity, and solution health.
  • Monitor platform performance, service health, and operational limits while proactively resolving incidents.
