Elevate is recruiting a Microsoft Solutions Manager to join our high-performing team. We provide consulting, technology, and services to law departments and law firms, offering practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Specifically, the Microsoft Solutions Manager will

  • Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to Microsoft engineers, and ensure team members adhere to workplace standards and strive to achieve career development within Elevate.
  • Oversee the operation of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Implement strict governance practices that will support Elevate's business operations.
  • Lead the execution of project initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of critical projects aligned with established roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Coordinate the ongoing development and enhancement of the Microsoft platform and facilitate platform changes that support the growing business operations of Elevate.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to support a structured Microsoft operations.
  • Deliver operational metrics for quicker, more effective task execution on Microsoft platforms.
  • Strengthen compliance to increase audit readiness and policy adherence.
  • Shorten procurement lead times for tools and subscriptions, improving the team's responsiveness to changing business needs.

Experience

  • 5+ years in a relevant Microsoft-focused role (e.g., Microsoft Engineer, Enterprise Administrator, Technical Engineer)
  • Proven experience managing or administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments and migration projects to Microsoft 365.
  • Exposure to change management processes and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance assurance, and risk management.
  • Experience in project or program management for Microsoft-related initiatives.
