Job Title: MicroStrategy (MSTR) Developer
Location: Charlotte NCDuration: 6 months (Extendable)
Pay Range: $40-45/Hour on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)
Request ID: 111709-1Position Summary:Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy/Strategy One reports, dossiers, dashboards, documents, metrics, attributes, prompts, filters, and subscriptions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation.
- Perform report performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support and maintain MicroStrategy environments across on-premises and cloud/CMC platforms.
- Manage security configurations, user access, object migrations, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver reporting solutions.
- Develop and support data warehousing and analytics solutions using relational and cloud-based databases.
- Participate in deployment, testing, and maintenance of BI solutions following best practices.
Required Skills- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong expertise in MicroStrategy/Strategy One, including:
- Reports
- Dossiers
- Dashboards
- Documents
- Metrics
- Attributes
- Prompts
- Filters
- Subscriptions
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases and cloud data warehouses (preferably GCP/BigQuery).
- Strong experience in report development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Hands-on experience supporting MicroStrategy On-Premise and MicroStrategy Cloud/CMC environments.
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy security administration, APIs, migrations, object management, and production support.
- Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics concepts.
- Experience with Git-based version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN).
Preferred Skills- Experience with MicroStrategy Cloud and Strategy One.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions.
- Experience with GCP and BigQuery environments.
