FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health, an integrated multi-specialty health system, is seeking a BE/BC Fellowship trained Microvascular Plastic Surgeon to join our practice in Fargo, ND. Practice Details:
- Reconstructive and cosmetic practice with two plastic surgeons and three advanced practice providers
- This is a full-time practice with a balanced mixture of inpatient and outpatient care
- Procedures include general plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, breast and reconstructive surgery, post weight loss surgery
- Experience in microsurgical breast reconstruction is preferred
- Opportunity for free flap lower extremity reconstruction
- The clinic and hospital offer state-of-the-art- facilities and advanced equipment
- Catchment area exceeds one million
- Call is approximately 10 days per month
- Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, and occasionally IM & FM residents
Plastic Surgery, Fargo
- Compensation floor of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
