What Youll Do- Provide advanced critical care to adult and geriatric patients in the MICU
- Manage ventilators and perform IV starts
- Monitor patient status with cardiac and pulmonary devices, including pulmonary artery catheters and CRRT
- Administer complex medications and treatments, including chemotherapy and clinical trials
- Document care using computerized charting systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Respond to medical emergencies, including sepsis, ARDS, and overdoses
What You Need- Active Ohio RN license and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIH)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU/MICU experience
- Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and handle high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
