Specialty: MICU RN
Shift: 7p–7:30a | 4×12-hour nights
Weekend: Every other weekend
License:Active NY RN License in hand — required
Experience: MICU/critical care experience
Local Rule: No locals; must live >75 miles from facility
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Charting:EPIC required
Ratio: 1:2, with occasional 1:1 based on acuity
Unit: 16-bed MICU
Patient Population: Sepsis, ARDS, renal/heart failure, respiratory failure/shock, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post-cardiac arrest/TTM
Critical Care Skills: CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella, pre-VAD workups
Certifications:ACLS, BLS & NIHSS required
