An established and highly respected Texas litigation firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) to join its Corpus Christi office. This is a hands-on litigation role offering meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys across insurance defense, commercial litigation, and maritime matters.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong litigation fundamentals, comfortable managing a busy docket, and thriving in a collaborative, professional environment.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage an active civil litigation docket from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while balancing multiple deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas law license in good standing
  • 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense and/or commercial litigation preferred)
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional, client-service-oriented mindset with high ethical standards
