We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Lab Technician to support evaluation platforms, lab operations, and engineering development activities. This role focuses on EVK support, lab infrastructure, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
What You Can Expect
EVK & System Support
- Support EVK system checkout, FPGA/GUI integration, debugging, and validation
- Perform EVK BOM management and kitting, including material preparation and tracking
- Prepare, test, and deploy EVK's to internal & external teams
- Ensure proper handling and testing of IC packaged parts
Hardware & Lab Operations
- Execute cable changes, chip swaps, and screening to support validation engineers
- Support lab setup, test configurations, and prototype builds
- Operate and maintain lab equipment (high speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA's, etc.)
PC & Software Support
- Provide PC support, including GUI installation, Python environment setup, updates, and maintenance
Logistics & Collaboration
- Manage lab shipments, including high-value equipment and cross-site logistics
- Collaborate with engineers on debugging, testing, and process improvements
Lab Maintenance
- Ensure lab cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree
- At least 1 year of hands-on electronics lab experience
- Experience with lab instrumentation and circuit troubleshooting
- Basic familiarity with FPGA-based systems or evaluation platforms
- Experience with PC/software setup (GUI tools, Python environment preferred)

- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a lab environment
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
83,000 - 122,770, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
