Mid-Level Estate Litigation Associate

What You'll Do:

• Provide counsel and support in estate litigation matters, including contested wills, trusts, and related fiduciary disputes.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on complex Trust & Estates issues.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, petitions, and related documents.
• Engage in oral arguments, depositions, and discovery.
• Work with clients to manage estate and trust disputes, providing both strategic and tactical legal advice.
• Review and analyze estate planning documents and their validity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case management.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in Trust & Estates or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of estate planning and administration strategies is a plus.
• Experience working with business entities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to solving complex legal problems.
