BYU-Pathway Worldwide is seeking two (2) mid-level full-stack development resources to support its Marketing Websites initiative. BYU-Pathway Worldwide is currently enhancing websites that operate within the Brightspot CMS platform. The selected vendor will provide resources to work alongside an existing team to add functionality and support the migration of pages and features to a .NET/React architecture, improving the usability, maintainability, and long-term supportability of the sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website functionality within the Brightspot CMS platform.
• Build and enhance React-based front-end components and user-facing web experiences.
• Develop and maintain back-end functionality using .NET.
• Support the migration of pages and features from the existing platform to a .NET/React architecture.
• Collaborate closely with the existing development team to accelerate project delivery.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and fixes aligned with marketing website objectives.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide practical recommendations for implementation.
• Contribute to development efficiency, delivery velocity, and process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Manage and track development work using Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience
• React development for user interface implementation
• .NET development
• Azure DevOps Boards or similar work item management tools
• Microsoft Azure
• AI-assisted development tools such as Claude
• GraphQL
• Brightspot CMS experience (preferred, but not required)
