Job Details

Role Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar
• 4–6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
• Experience prosecuting employment litigation from inception through settlement or trial
• Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Experience preparing for and taking depositions, including defending depositions
• Ability to independently manage court appearances and litigation strategy tasks
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
