The firm counsels employers in every aspect of the employer/employee relationship—from compliance, traditional labor issues, and internal investigations to federal contracting and executive compensation.Our Employment Litigation Practice Group brings seasoned trial lawyers with experience in every form of employment claim in state and federal courts and in arbitral forums such as AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. We have an outstanding record of success in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenant violations, wage-and-hour disputes, and ERISA claims, among others.
