Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience interested in defending gig economy companies in employment-adjacent personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
Defend clients in employment-related personal injury litigation
Conduct fact investigations and legal analysis
Draft, argue, and respond to motions
Take and defend depositions
Negotiate directly with opposing counsel
Work closely with clients throughout all phases of litigation
Qualifications
3–5 years of litigation experience
Strong motion practice, deposition, and case management skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities
Strong academic credentials
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office (remote work is not available)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation $260,000 - $365,000 per year
