Job Summary

If you're interested in a Mid Level Logistics Analyst job, then this is the best role for you! The Logistics Coordinator will support product workflow by analyzing, developing, and coordinating logistics plans that impact production, distribution, and inventory. The role will review and improve distribution and inventory procedures to support customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. This posting is for two roles providing coverage across two shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Job Description

• Analyze and coordinate logistics plans that support production, distribution, and inventory activities.
• Develop and maintain logistics processes and procedures.
• Review distribution and inventory management procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Support efforts to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing operational costs.
• Coordinate activities related to production, distribution, and inventory management.
• Follow established procedures, instructions, and guidelines.
• Work under the direction of a supervisor or manager.
• Perform other logistics and operational support duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, distribution, or a related area.
• Logistics and supply chain coordination skills.
• Knowledge of production, distribution, and inventory management processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze logistics workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Training or coursework in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
• Two positions available to provide shift coverage.
• Shift coverage will be scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
• Flexibility to work an assigned shift within the coverage window.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $28.58 to $36.58 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
