Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement. Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and deliver marketing campaigns, product launches, digital programs, trade shows, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate marketing projects with internal teams, sales, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on marketing initiatives.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, guides, one-pagers, and other promotional content.
  • Write, edit, and review marketing copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize graphic design tools to support marketing content creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, technical teams, and creative partners to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and project workflows.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and project timelines.

 

Skills Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Copywriting and copy-editing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with marketing communications and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
  • Shift Start: 08:00 AM
  • Understanding of the agricultural or ag-tech industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting field sales teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with additional design platforms beyond Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $31.29 to $39.29 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
