    Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level patent prosecution associate to join their team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and software technologies, with a focus on patent prosecution. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology in various technical fields.Responsibilities Draft and prosecute patent applications related to AI, machine learning, and software technologies.Collaborate with clients to understand their inventions and provide strategic patent advice.Conduct patentability and freedom‑to‑operate analyses.Participate in patent portfolio management and strategy development.Requirements At least 3 years of law firm experience in patent prosecution.Experience with AI, machine learning, cloud computing, image processing, and/or autonomous vehicle technologies.Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.USPTO registration required.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits Exposure to cutting‑edge technology in a wide array of technical fields.#J-18808-Ljbffr
