Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, planning, and value engineering. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. Background working with a General Contractor. Proven experience managing projects in the $10M-$200M+ range. Experience in education, healthcare, or science/technology projects preferred (not required).
