We are seeking a Mid Level Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Previous experience in Urgent Care setting
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient in EMR

In 1962, Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center was established as a community mental health center in Pueblo, Colorado. The six decades that would follow would be filled with opportunities and challenges that could not have been forecasted by those who courageously laid what would become the foundation of the organization that Health Solutions is today. In September 2022, Health Solutions celebrated 60 years of community service. Though much has changed over the past 60 years, one thing has remained consistent—our commitment to community service.
