Position Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce data modeling, integrations, and declarative automation. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal production defects. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Develop Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Build and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Customize standard Salesforce objects and develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and business logic.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation solutions.
• Implement REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
• Participate in Salesforce release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes using DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, or similar platforms.
• Perform data migration and data management activities using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and resolve platform-related challenges.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and administrators to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support production deployments and post-production validation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
