    • Dev Collaboration: Partner with GIS and front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation.

    Graphic Art & Branding

    • Asset Creation: Design custom iconography, vector graphics, logos, and mission patches.
    • Layout Design: Format polished presentations, executive briefs, and technical user guides.

    Qualifications & Technical Skills

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, GIS, or Fine Arts required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Experience: X-X years of professional UI/UX and graphic design experience (Federal/enterprise software preferred).
    • Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation.
    • Adobe CC Mastery: Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop (asset/icon design), InDesign (layouts/briefs), and Dreamweaver (web layouts/CSS).
    • GIS Familiarity: Foundational understanding of Esri software applications (ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Dashboards, or custom Web App themes).
    • UX Competencies: Solid grasp of information architecture, responsive design, wireframing, and usability testing.

    Environment & Schedule

    • Schedule: Core business hours, but requires flexibility for occasional after-hours or extended shifts to support critical mission timelines or system deployments.

    Preferred Attributes

    • The "Translator": Bridges communication between non-technical operators and technical GIS developers.
    • Data Visualization: Experience simplifying dense, time-sensitive spatial and tabular data.
