Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse and shipping role.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Shipping Knowledge: Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Forklift License: Valid certification required.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain an efficient and well-structured warehouse.
  • Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
  • Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Perform quality checks and verification of received goods against purchase orders.
  • Ensure that all items are properly labeled, stored, and accurately reflected in SAP.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
Shipping & Logistics:
  • Prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery, including documentation and labeling.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements for global destinations.
  • Book and coordinate transport for outgoing shipments.
  • Handle packing for different types of shipments, including service, aftermarket, and project-related goods.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Claims & Reporting:
  • Manage and process claims for damaged or missing goods.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics team to optimize warehouse functions.
System & Office Skills:
  • Utilize SAP ERP to track inventory, goods movement, and shipments.
  • Maintain and update warehouse-related data in Excel and other office software.
  • Generate reports related to warehouse performance and stock levels.
