As a Middle Office Service Manager Sr. within PNC's Private Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or within the PNC footprint.

Job Description

Manages strategic planning, implementation and ongoing monitoring of Middle Office Services teams. Ensures adherence of team as well as internal partners to established policies, procedures and processes.
Manages Middle Office Services teams in their efforts to support internal client-facing partners in the delivery of an exceptional client experience. Provides coaching, education and development to Middle Office Services teams.
Identifies trends across accounts and recommends remediation or mitigation strategies to address and avoid future occurrences. Manages risk and ensures adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
Develops/maintains strong internal partnerships across the line of business to ensure effective delivery of Middle Office Services team services.
Designs and manages projects in ways that effectively utilize current team skillsets. Actively creates new opportunities and stretch roles to build in-house expertise.
