Description
Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Surface Mid-Shift Maintenance Leadman at the underground mine in Randolph, Missouri. This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing equipment for our underground and surface mining operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel culture
Establish and maintain effective communication within all areas of operation
Conduct regular inspections for safety, housekeeping and mechanical issues
Implement and apply all safety rules, regulations and procedures of the mine
Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately
Work in a team environment
Operate heavy mobile equipment
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of team members
Train workers in operation of equipment and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Details

4+ years related experience
Valid US driver's license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
