Mid Shift Warehouse Operator

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dock/Warehouse operator to  join our team in Bedford, OH.
We are looking for an experienced individual with strong forklift operating experience. The ideal candidate should work well with others, follow company policies and safety procedures, and accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation. 
The ideal candidate takes pride in working well with others and being a dependable team player. They should be committed to meeting daily work objectives, following all safety procedures, and maintaining excellent attendance and reliability. 
Pay Rate: $19.00
Shift/Hours: Mid Shift 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements:

• Reliable
• Workers well with others

• Work without looking at phone
• Pass a Background check // drug test
• No Violent, Theft or Weapon convictions. 

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the dock and warehouse.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare shipments for delivery, including wrapping, labeling, and securing pallets.
• Complete required shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Meet daily productivity and shipping/receiving objectives.
• Assist with inventory counts and locating materials as needed.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform other warehouse and dock-related duties as assigned.
