Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney

I am working with a mid-sized boutique law firm that is looking to add a motivated Mid-to-Senior Level Associate Attorney to their team. Background:

• 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation. Personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
