Hospitality Team Member at Chick-fil-A is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly with a smile, make eye contact, and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Take customer orders accurately at the front counter or drive-thru.
  • Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble/serve orders quickly and correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, counter areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces while following health and sanitation guidelines.

Typical Requirements & Qualifications

  • Friendly, energetic, outgoing personality with a servant-hearted attitude and positive demeanor.
  • No prior experience required — Chick-fil-A provides training
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and a minimum number of shifts
