Midday Hospitality Team Member(Capital Circle)

A Chick-fil-A Team Member is responsible for winning the hearts of our guests through consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile, make eye contact, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take customer orders accurately at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble/serve orders quickly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, counter areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces while following health and sanitation guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer menu questions, handle special requests, and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a positive experience and "second-mile" service (going above and beyond).
• Support opening/closing procedures as needed and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's brand standards, core values, and operational policies for food safety, quality, and consistency.

Typical Requirements & Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, outgoing personality with a servant-hearted attitude and positive demeanor.
• No prior experience required — Chick-fil-A provides training
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and a minimum number of shifts
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (hot, noisy, standing for long periods).
