Primary Responsibility: To create a flexible education program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation in accordance with each pupil's ability; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.
Core Duties: Teaching district-approved curriculum, preparing lesson plans, adapting instruction for individual student needs, assessing academic and social progress, and maintaining classroom discipline.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid state teaching license with a 119 (English) endorsement.
