Position Overview
The Winneconne Community School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Middle/High School Math Teacher beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. This unique role bridges our middle and high school environments, offering an excellent opportunity to impact students at critical stages of their mathematical development.
Schedule & Assignments
This is a full-time, school-year contract position consisting of 5 instructional sections:
Middle School (2 Sections): Accelerated 7th Grade Math & Algebra
High School (3 Sections): High School Algebra
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible to hold) a valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license with the 1400 Math endorsement. Demonstrated proficiency in Wisconsin Teacher Standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
A genuine interest in driving student achievement and contributing to the overall positive educational climate of the district.
A strong commitment to continuous professional learning and growth.
Required Pre-Employment Screenings
Per Wis. Stats. §118.25, all final candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including:
Criminal background check
Physical examination
Drug screen
