Description
We are seeking a proactive Senior Middle Officer to support our Refined Metals trading desk. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate trade operations, monitoring risk, producing daily P&L, and driving process improvements across the trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate trade capture, pricing, and position reporting.
- Produce and explain daily P&L and key performance drivers.
- Monitor trading exposures and risk limits.
- Partner with traders and support functions to ensure efficient trade flow.
- Support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Maintain strong operational controls and compliance standards.
- 13 years' experience in Middle Office or Trade Support within commodities, preferably refined metals.
- Knowledge of physical and financial commodity trading.
- Experience with ETRM/CTRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
