Madeira City Schools will have an opening for the 2026-27 school year for a Middle School Administrative Assistant to the Principal. This is a full-time 12-month position. Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:
- Previous school office experience
- Knowledge and experience in using school-related technology databases/resources
- Evidence of positive communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
- Knowledge and experience with budgeting, requisitions and purchase orders
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication
- Ability to cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment
