Administrative Support: Assist the principal or assistant principal by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and drafting correspondence or school-wide newsletters. Staff Coordination: Track faculty absences, coordinate substitute teachers, and ensure adequate daily classroom coverage. Safety & Compliance: Assist with the school''s visitor management systems, monitor security cameras, and act as a key player during school crisis management. Essential Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn Aspen, the district-wide student information system.
