Job Description

We are seeking a punctual and dedicated individual to join our middle school baseball team as an Assistant Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian faith, excellent teamwork skills, and a passion for working with young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and leading practices
• Provide support and guidance to student-athletes during games and practices
• Help with equipment management and field maintenance
• Promote a positive and encouraging team environment
