Position is teaching 7th grade or 8th grade students.
Teach in sunny Southern Florida.
Full-Time and part-time, permanent, on-campus ENGLISH teaching positions available with a college-prep, private middle school. Teach ENGLISH classes to Grade 7 OR 8 students. Small class sizes. School has wonderful leadership team.
Ideal candidate will have a BA degree in ENGLISH with Math Teacher Certification and 3+ years of successful science teaching experience. Certification is desired but open to consider an experienced ENGLISH teacher who does not hold a English teacher certificate. MA degree is a plus but not required.
MUSTunderstand middle school age students and know how to connect with them.
Salary range is $60k - $70k depending on years of teaching experience and degrees earned. Comprehensive benefits package also included.
