Hastings Middle School
Prior football playing or coaching experience required
Prior collegiate football playing experience OR high school coaching experience preferred
Must be available to ride the bus to away matches. Buses usually leave around 4pm and return after the matches around 9pm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a wide range of people and adjust coaching style based on the learning styles of the athletes
Must value and display effort, communication, sportsmanship and fun
