Horicon and Hustisford School Districts are seeking 2 coaches for the co-op middle school football program for the 2026-2027 school year. The middle school coach will provide leadership, motivation, and direction for athletes aligned with the high school football program's system, goals, and purpose. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of the sport, strong work ethic, and high-level organization and management skills. Prior football coaching experience is desired, but not required.
Location:
Practices and games will be held at the School DIstrict of Horicon and the School District of Hustisford. Game sites will vary.
Schedule:
August 4 through October 9, 2026
1st-Year Pay:
Based on experience, per Appendix H of the Employee Handbook Appendices - paid at the conclusion of the season.
