Position: Middle School Math Teacher (Part-Time .4 FTE)

Campus: St. Mary Campus

Start Date: 2026-27 School Year

Corpus Christi Parish School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic part-time Middle School Math

Teacher to join our team at the St. Mary Campus. This is a rewarding opportunity for a

passionate educator who is committed to academic excellence, faith-based education, and

nurturing the whole child-spiritually, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

The ideal candidate will bring a love for teaching, strong instructional skills, and the ability to

create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports the mission and Catholic

identity of Corpus Christi Parish School.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging middle school mathematics instruction, including

Pre-Algebra and Algebra courses, aligned with Archdiocesan curriculum standards and

responsive to student needs.

Foster a faith-filled, respectful, and engaging classroom community rooted in Gospel

values.

Build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations for

learning, responsibility, and behavior.

Utilize differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate varying learning styles,

needs, and abilities.

Design and implement lessons that encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration,

and problem-solving.

Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, adjust

instruction, and support student growth.

Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment that promotes student

responsibility and positive behavior.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate cross-curricular units, assess student

progress, and ensure consistency in teaching practices.

Maintain timely and effective communication with parents through conferences,

newsletters, phone calls, and digital platforms.

Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide

events and initiatives.

Support the overall safety, supervision, and well-being of students throughout the school

day.

Model and support Catholic values and traditions within the classroom and the larger

school community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Holds, or is eligible to receive, a valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction

teaching license; Mathematics license preferred.

Previous experience teaching middle school mathematics preferred.

Practicing Catholic preferred, with a commitment to Catholic education and the mission

and values of Corpus Christi Parish School.

Proficient in the use of technology for instructional and communication purposes (Google

Workspace preferred).

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrates excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
