Duties

Illini Bluffs School District is looking for a student-centered individual looking to work in a great school district. This position oversees operations in the middle school office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping to create a school culture where students can achieve their potential. This is a 200-day position.

Salary/Benefits

$18.25 (Previous experience a plus and to be considered)

Bonus: $400

($150 60 days from hire date, $250 on 1-year anniversary)

Health and dental insurance: The school board pays 90% of the premium for single coverage and 80% of the premium for the cost of dependents for medical and/or dental insurance,

IMRF Pension

Sick days: 12 paid sick days per year

Personal days: 3 paid personal days per year
