Monomoy Regional School District seeks to hire a Principal for the Monomoy Regional Middle School.

Monomoy Regional School District is seeking to hire a middle school principal who is a strong instructional leader, capable of creating a culture of high academic achievement within a well-provisioned building. The principal must be able to develop and articulate a clear and focused vision that embraces educational excellence, innovation, and continuous student growth. The ideal candidate has the ability to inspire a staff and a student body of approximately 440 students, in grades 5-7 to form a highly effective learning community. Appropriate certification required. Master's degree and previous administrative experience preferred. Anticipated annual salary range, $135, 00- $148,615. An additional $5,490 in compensation if holding a doctorate degree.
