Administrative Skills, Best Practices, Communication Skills, Leadership, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Training/Teaching Curriculum
Qualifications:
- Valid and appropriate Indiana administrators license
- Previous successful administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to work at the middle school level
- Strong background in curriculum and instruction including knowledge of best practices and current educational research
- Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and how to foster academic growth through the PLC process
- Proven ability to foster positive school climate
- Ability to work with community partners
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of populations and build positive relationships
- Effective communication skills with students, staff and parents
- Ability to lead by building trust, promoting accountability and being responsive to the needs of the school community
