Middle School Principal
Position available: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027
Qualifications:
- NJ Principal Certification required
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Strong instructional leadership skills with a track record of positive student achievement growth
- Knowledge of grade 6-8 NJ Student Learning Standards, Title I and special education programming, and social-emotional learning opportunities
- Knowledge and experience in the recruitment, evaluation and professional development of faculty and support staff
- Proven ability to foster a safe, positive and student-centered school culture and climate
- Ability to create, share and foster a student-centered vision for success
- Excellent technical, organizational and communication skills
Terms of Employment
- 12-month year

- Benefits pursuant to MTAA Collective Bargaining Agreement; Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits on the first day of hire
