Position Summary:

Glen Hills Middle School is looking for a Special Education Teacher who doesn't just believe in inclusion as a concept, but practices it as a core value. We are seeking a dedicated educator who brings experience, a presumptive competence mindset, and a deep toolbox of evidence-based strategies to support our students. If you're ready to be a champion for neurodiversity and be a leader in education, we'd love to meet you.

You will be the architect of accessible learning. Your goal is to ensure that every student on your caseload, regardless of their support needs, is a meaningful, active participant in the Glen Hills community. You will serve as the primary advocate and strategist for students with diverse learning profiles, with a heavy emphasis on supporting students through evidence-based, identity-affirming practices.

  • Collaborate within a professional learning community to foster student growth
