    Description

    The Palmyra-Eagle Area School District is looking to hire a full-time Middle School English Language Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students'' growth in reading comprehension, writing proficiency and overall literacy skills.

    The district is looking for someone with high energy and enthusiasm who will serve as a team member along with other educators in the building. The ability to form positive relationships with students and their parents is highly desired.

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.

    Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and educational trends.

    Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to address individual student needs.
