Fall River School District is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated Volleyball Coach to lead our middle school girls' volleyball team. The coach will be responsible for fostering a positive and safe environment while developing fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love of the game.
The season runs from August 17 to October 17; practices during the school year are held immediately after school from 3:30-5:30pm. Practice times/days before the school year can be at the coachs discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead effective practices that focus on skill development, team strategy, and conditioning. • Supervise students during practices, games, and transportation to/from events. • Promote good sportsmanship, character development, and academic achievement. • Collaborate with the Athletic Director and other coaches to coordinate schedules and logistics. • Communicate clearly with student-athletes, parents, and school staff. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes at all times. • Comply with school policies and league regulations.
