The following coaching position is available beginning the 2026-2027 school year:

Middle School Wrestling Coach

Bloomer Middle School is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to serve as the Middle School Wrestling Coach. The coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes in the wrestling program, fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth, while teaching fundamental skills and techniques of the sport. Wrestling Season begins mid-February.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, organize, and conduct regular practices that teach wrestling fundamentals, strategy, and conditioning appropriate for middle school athletes.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
• Teach and model sportsmanship, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Supervise athletes during practices, competitions, and team events.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents/guardians, school staff, and administration.
• Manage and maintain equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with the high school wrestling program to build consistency and alignment.
• Comply with all school and district rules and regulations.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to helping student-athletes succeed.
