Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and integrations
* Install, configure, patch, and maintain middleware platforms and web servers
* Monitor application performance, server health, and messaging components
* Troubleshoot complex application and middleware issues and perform root cause analysis
* Deploy applications in clustered and multi-environment setups
* Support application integrations and document generation processes
* Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices
* Coordinate with development teams and external vendors for issue resolution
* Manage escalations and maintain SLA commitments
* Automate routine operational tasks and deployments where possible
Must-Have Skills:
* Experience supporting middleware platforms (JBOSS and/or Oracle WebLogic)
* Strong knowledge of application deployment (WAR/EAR) and clustered environments
* Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 production support
* Solid understanding of JVM concepts and troubleshooting techniques
* Experience with messaging systems (JMS queues and topics)
* Familiarity with performance monitoring and logging tools
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills:
* Experience with web servers such as IIS
* Exposure to document generation platforms or API integrations
* Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS
