Role Summary<\/b>
<\/div> • Negotiate and draft tax provisions in purchase and merger agreements, partnership agreements
<\/div>
• Research and advise on complex tax issues tied to deal structuring
<\/div>
• Support tax planning for transactions involving M&A, private equity, debt finance, restructuring, special situations, and private credit
<\/div>
<\/div>
Candidate Profile<\/b>
<\/div> • 2+ years of transactional tax experience from a large firm or Big Four equivalent
<\/div>
• Comfortable owning discrete tax workstreams with supervision appropriate to level
<\/div>
• Strong writing and issue -spotting skills, especially under deal timelines
<\/div>
<\/div>
