Sales Staff for Drinks, Gift Shop, Games, and Attraction Upgrades

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our dynamic team at Scare Park, a thrilling and popular destination for entertainment and scare experiences. As a Sales Staff member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' overall experience by providing exceptional service and promoting the sales of beverages, merchandise from the gift shop, games, and attraction upgrades. Your friendly demeanor, sales skills, and ability to engage with visitors will contribute to the success of our scare park and ensure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and approach them proactively to offer assistance and answer any questions.
• Promote and sell a variety of beverages, snacks, and other refreshments available at designated locations throughout the park.
• Encourage guests to explore the gift shop and provide product information while assisting with their purchases.
• Upsell attraction upgrades and game packages to enhance the visitors' experience and maximize revenue.

Product Knowledge:

• Familiarize yourself with all the products available in the gift shop, including apparel, souvenirs, and novelty items, to help guests make informed decisions.
• Be knowledgeable about the various games and attractions within the park, highlighting their unique features and benefits to entice guests.

Cash Handling and Inventory Management:

• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions, and handling payments securely.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and notifying supervisors when products are running low.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Guest Relations:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with information about showtimes, attraction schedules, and park policies.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Collaborate with fellow sales staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, and reporting any issues

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age
• Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in a retail or sales role is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for customer service and a desire to excel in sales are essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, maintain a neat and tidy work area, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for the Theme Park: A genuine interest in the scare park's attractions, games, and overall guest experience.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members.

Schedule & Availability

Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our operating season.

Our 2026 Operating Dates:

• August: 22, 23, 24, 28, & 29
• September: 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, & 24–30
• October:1–31
• November: 1

Please note: From September 24 through November 1, Scream-A-Geddon operates continuously on scheduled event nights, making full availability during this period highly preferred.
