What You’ll Do
  • Manage labor and delivery cases, including spontaneous vaginal deliveries
  • Provide OB triage assessments for patients with labor symptoms or pregnancy complications
  • Conduct postpartum rounds and newborn evaluations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
  • Support backup coverage for OB/GYN, emergency medicine, and anesthesia as needed
  • Assist with patient coaching during labor and delivery

What You Need
  • Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification with active licenses in Texas
  • 2+ years of hospital-based obstetric management experience
  • Proficiency in obstetric assessments, documentation, and newborn care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferred: experience with obstetric ultrasound, fetal monitoring, lactation consulting
