The responsibilities of the back of house team members include, among others:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, and food preparation.
• Replenish kitchen inventory as needed during the shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
• Maintain your personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes and all new products launched by Chick-fil-A.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while preparing orders.
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks during the shift.
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and regulations and the Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times.

Requirements for Back of House Team Members

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, be 16 years old at the time of hiring, and have a reliable source of transportation.
• Ability to handle all types of equipment, navigate both high and low shelves, and mobility during shifts.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
